CEO Qualifications and Experience
CEO and chemist Doug Craft has over 30 year's experience performing research and applied studies he gained working for a civil engineering and water resource management agency. Working with engineers, geologists, biologists, and hydrologists on many multidisciplinary investigations has given Doug unique experience applying chemistry to help solve real world engineering and environmental problems. He trained and worked as an analytical chemist in a water analysis lab for over 20 years and has expert knowledge of inorganic and organic chemical analyses for a variety of media from environmental samples to engineering materials. Doug has published over 35 technical reports, journal articles, and proceedings papers ranging from basic chemistry research to basin-level environmental assessments and dam safety investigations. Notably, he adapted and applied geochemical data analysis methods to assess dam seepage chemistry data, wrote the Bureau of Reclamation's Seepage Chemistry Manual, and is a member of the Association of State Dam Safety Officials.
